Valley View Nursery had Santa and a couple of his reindeer visit their nursery on Monday night. We took the kids out and they got to see him. Kadynce was not a fan of it at all, but Maci sat on his lap with no problems. She was not in a real smiley mood, but I was glad to get by with at least her not being afraid of him. Carson also thought he better get up there and tell him what he wanted!

Happy Halloween...
It was such a great Halloween this year. The weather was wonderful! I do not remember the last time it was that nice on Halloween. The night before Halloween in my Natural Disasters class, we talked about Global Warming and the effects of the climate because of it.... I do not know too much about it, but it is kind of scary to then have such a warm Halloween!! Well, the kids had a great time anyway. Carson got to do a ton of trick or treating. The girls got to do about as much as they wanted to. I just thought it was one of my most favorite Halloweens so far... What a great day! Here are some pictures...

In Her Eyes...
I am suppose to be studying for my Math 1100 test that I am not prepared for, but I just had to post a quick comment before I forget. Today I was getting the girls in their jackets so we could run Carson to school and I was feeling a bit flustered and overwhelmed because I knew I had alot to do before I left for school at 11... Kadynce was just kind of sitting there looking at me. Pretty soon she said "Mom, can I be like you when I grow up?" I said, " Well what do you mean?' She said, " Well I want to be just like you..." I just kind of thought to myself, even though we may not think we are measuring up in this world, and want to become more than we are, our kids are constantly looking up to us and in their little minds, we are exactly who they want to be. WOW! We have big responsibilities that mean 10 times more than any Math test!!!

Okay so last night I got an email from my friend Kami... well she has joined the blogging world. I emailed her back and told her I had not joined yet because I knew I would be no good at it and then it would just make me mad that I had one other thing that I had to worry about and I would not keep up with. So Susie and I were looking through blogs today, by the way cute blog Kami, and she said "You should start one." My kids love looking at them and I thought it is not fair that since their mother is inadequate, they do not get to be featured on a blog. So I am going to give it a try. Please be patient... I am a little slow!
